So let's Start.

1. Right Click in Computer

2. Click Manage 

3. Click Storage

4. Click  Disk Management 

5. Right Click on Drive Which Drive You want Partition And Click Shrink Volume.

6. Write How much MB You want in New Drive and Click Shrink.

7. Write Drive name and Click New Drive
